  • Adequate sleep is important for physical recovery, learning, emotional balance, and immune function. Teenagers generally require approximately 8 to 10 hours of sleep per night. Hydration is necessary for temperature regulation, nutrient transport, joint function, and exercise performance.

  • Wellness is multidimensional.
